Founding Designer

We are seeking a Founding Designer in San Francisco, CA to design websites

and digital user interfaces to establish the company’s design vision to deliver user-

centered digital experiences across products and platforms. Design, test, and improve

interfaces and functionality based on user and business requirements to maximize

usability and enhance engagement. Build scalable design systems to ensure

consistency, efficiency, compatibility, and accessibility across websites and digital

products. Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity elements and graphics that

align with business goals and enhance overall user engagement. Collaborate across

product, engineering, and marketing, and other functions to ensure cohesive and high-

quality design execution across customer-facing digital platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer

Science, Information Science, or a related field, and five years of experience in the job

offered or a related occupation.

Position requires 5 years of experience in the following:

● Using design tools, including Figma, Sketch, or Framer.

● Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design assets

for web applications and related platforms.

● Applying user-centered design principles, including user research, requirements

gathering, and usability testing.

● Experience with responsive design, web accessibility, and basic front-end

technologies including HTML/CSS.

Additionally, the position requires 3 years of experience in the following:

● Experience leading design projects in an Agile environment, including

collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and working with design

systems.
