Founding Design Engineer

At Solve Intelligence, we’re building the AI-powered infrastructure for the global Intellectual Property landscape. We need a visionary Founding Design Engineer - someone with elite product taste and the technical chops to invent the visual language of AI.

🏗️ The Role: Founding Design Engineer

The UX for AI is still an open question. Chat was just the beginning; the real breakthrough lies in the interfaces that don't exist yet. You aren't just pushing pixels; you are an architect of interaction, designing how human expertise and machine intelligence merge.

What you’ll own:

• AI Interface Innovation: Lead the design of interfaces and UX flows that go beyond the "chat box" to solve complex, high-stakes IP problems.

• End-to-End Design: Own the entire product lifecycle - from high-fidelity Figma prototypes to defining the components and design systems our engineers use.

• Brand & Motion: Lead our visual identity. You’ll create high-impact motion graphics and announcement videos (think ElevenLabs-style production) that tell our story to the world.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with AI PhDs and systems engineers to ensure our groundbreaking tech feels intuitive and human-centric.

• Autonomous Innovation: Take a technical product and autonomously explore new UI patterns in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Must-Haves:

• Figma Mastery: You are a power user who builds scalable design systems.

• Motion Graphics Expert: Proven ability to create world-class promotional content and product animations (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).

• Product Thinking: A track record of building clean, intuitive UI/UX for complex software products.

• Ambiguity Tolerance: The ability to take a technical concept and turn it into a beautiful, functional reality with minimal hand-holding.

Preferred & Nice-to-Haves:

• AI/ML Experience: Familiarity with the unique UX challenges of large language models.

• Adobe Suite Pro: Mastery of the broader creative toolkit.

• Frontend Literacy: An understanding of React/TypeScript that allows you to bridge the gap between design and code.
