What you'll do:

Ship AI That Rewrites How Banks Work

• Deploy Casca's AI loan origination platform inside Tier 1 banks — you'll be the person on the ground when legacy systems that took decades to build get replaced in months

• Translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into real bank workflows, bridging the gap between what our models can do and what compliance, operations, and IT teams need to see

• Partner with our forward deployed team on technical delivery: environment setup, core banking integrations, API specifications, data mapping — you're not coordinating from afar, you're in it

• Partner directly with engineering to shape how our platform evolves — your client deployments feed the product roadmap

Build the Playbook

• You're not following a deployment methodology — you're writing it. The frameworks you create will scale across every bank we onboard

• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, compliance, legal, and bank leadership simultaneously

• Surface risks early, kill blockers fast, and keep complex multi-stakeholder programs moving

Be the Expert in the Room

• Walk into rooms with C-suite banking executives as the authority on AI-powered lending — you'll know their systems, their pain points, and how to move them forward faster than anyone else

• Own ambiguity. When stakeholders conflict or requirements are murky, you resolve it — not escalate it

• Become fluent in the regulatory, legacy, and organizational landscape that makes banking hard, so you can make our AI land anyway

What you bring:

• 4+ years of management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or deployment leadership experience at a top tech company

• Proven track record managing large-scale software development and / or implementation projects ($5M+)

• Strong cross-functional team leadership skills (business & engineering)

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Bonus points:

• Background in fintech or lending industry

• Experience with AI-related projects

• Previous experience at a high-growth startup

• MBA from a top-tier program
