CYBRET AI is building Autonomous Security Infrastructure for modern organizations operating in complex, cloud-native environments.

We are moving cybersecurity away from reactive, human-dependent workflows and toward continuous, intelligent, autonomous security. Our systems reason about exposure, exploitability, and real-world risk instead of producing dashboards, alerts, or static reports.

CYBRET AI does not rely on predefined playbooks or rules. We build systems that understand context, assess consequences, and make risk-based decisions. Humans are involved only when escalation is required.

Our initial focus is Exposure and Vulnerability Management as a decision system, not a scanning or reporting tool.

About the Role

This is a founding commercial role for the United States market.

As Founding Account Executive, you will own early revenue in the US and help design how CYBRET AI sells, positions, and scales. You will work directly with the founder and engineering leadership to turn early product traction into a repeatable go-to-market motion.

This role is far beyond traditional quota carrying. You will sell, but you will also build the foundation for future sales channels, messaging, pricing, and team structure.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Customers

Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
Sell a complex, technical cybersecurity product to security, engineering, and executive buyers
Build deep relationships with early customers and design partners
Act as the voice of the customer internally and influence product direction

Go-to-Market & Sales Foundations

Define and document CYBRET AI’s US sales motion, qualification framework, and messaging
Help shape pricing, packaging, and commercial structure
Develop early outbound, inbound, and founder-led sales playbooks
Position CYBRET AI clearly against incumbents and emerging competitors

Market Development

Establish CYBRET AI’s presence and credibility in the US market
Identify high-leverage customer segments across startups, scaleups, and enterprises
Support partnerships, pilots, and lighthouse customer deals

Team Building

Hire and mentor future Account Executives and sales roles
Help define compensation models, incentives, and performance metrics
Set the standard for sales culture, rigor, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused products
Strong track record selling complex, technical products in the US market
Comfortable working without existing structure, playbooks, or brand recognition
Ability to work closely with technical founders and security engineers
Strong ownership mindset and ambition to grow into a Head of Sales or VP Sales role

Experience in cybersecurity is a strong bonus, but not a requirement if you can learn fast and sell with credibility.
