Why This Role Matters:
As a Founders Associate Intern - Sales & Marketing (m/w/d), you are an integral part of our Sales & Marketing Team, working on the challenges that matter most for our commercial growth.
You operate at the intersection of Sales, Marketing &Customer Success — helping to turn strategic goals into measurable results. This role offers hands-on learning in how a fast-scaling green energy company wins and retains customers. You support the Commercial Team in driving revenue, sharpening our go-to-market approach, and executing high-impact campaigns.
Start with us preferably on April 1st, 2026 & bring along 3–6 months to fully dive into your energy‑packed adventure with us.
What You’ll Do:
• Sales Coordination: You coordinate key updates across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, track deal momentum, and highlight issues early to keep revenue work on track.
• Partner Acquisition: you own & support key partnership deals through tailored business cases, pitch decks, negotiations and commercial proposales. Own & drive your own partnership pipelines E2E through structuring complex deal processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as pricing & product in order to ensure a successful and seamless go-live.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: You conduct research on new markets (e.g., international expansion), competitor moves, and emerging customer segments. You provide the data foundation for smarter commercial decisions.
• Campaign & Customer Acquisition Support: You understand positioning, segmentation, and performance indicators such as CAC and conversion rates. You translate this knowledge into smarter targeting, clearer messaging, and more effective campaigns.
• Operational Improvement: You help bring clarity and structure to fast-moving commercial work. You take ownership of project workstreams, identify process gaps, and improve workflows to enable smoother scaling.
• Ad-Hoc Commercial Support: You jump into topics as they arise — whether it's preparing a partnership pitch, building a sales deck, supporting an event, or solving a sudden operational challenge.
What You Bring:
• Education: You are currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a top university in Business, Management, Economics, or a STEM field.
• Relevant Experience: You have already gained first experience through internships in Consulting, VC, Strategy, Business Development, or a Startup.
• Curiosity: You enjoy understanding the "Big Picture." You are interested in business models and how different parts of a company interact (Product, Sales, Finance).
• AI-Literacy: You responsibly integrate AI tools into your work to increase efficiency.
• Languages: Fluency in German (C1+) and English (C1+) is required.

• Independence: The Team trusts you to handle sub-projects independently and deliver reliable work.
• Growth: You have rapidly absorbed the Rabot business model and actively contribute ideas to strategic discussions.
• Impact: You have created at least one key presentation or analysis that was used for a key decision.
