Why This Role Matters:
As a Founders Associate Intern (m/w/d) , you are part of the C-Level Office Team to solve the company's most critical challenges. You operate at the intersection of Strategy, Finance, Operations & Communication. You bridge the gap between different departments, helping to transform strategic goals into reality. This role offers hands-on learning in how to scale a Unicorn. You support the C-Level Office in making and implementing strategic decisions.
Start with us preferably on April 1st, 2026 & bring along 3–6 months to fully dive into your energy‑packed adventure with us.
What You’ll Do:
• Convincing Storytelling: You help build clear, compelling board and all-hands presentations. You take inputs from different teams and shape them into slides that explain what matters and why.
• Strategic Projects & Market Intel: You conduct research on new markets (e.g., international expansion), competitor moves, or new business verticals. You provide the strategic data basis for leadership decisions.
• Operational Improvement: You help bring clarity and structure to fast-moving work. You take ownership of cross-functional project workstreams, identifying and improving process gaps to enable smoother scaling.
• Investor & Board Support: You assist in preparing monthly updates and managing the flow of information to our stakeholders. You help translate our financial performance into clear strategic messages.
• The "Right Hand" Support: You jump into ad-hoc topics—whether it’s organizing a management offsite, preparing a partnership pitch, or solving a sudden operational fire.
What You Bring:
• Education: You are currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a top university in Business, Management, Economics, or a STEM field.
• Relevant Experience: You have already gained first experience through internships in Consulting, VC, Strategy, Business Development, or a Startup.
• Curiosity: You enjoy understanding the "Big Picture." You are interested in business models and how different parts of a company interact (Product, Sales, Finance).
• Visual & Verbal Skills: You are a PowerPoint native. You have a sense for design and can restructure a messy slide into a clear argument.
• Analytical Strength: You enjoy working with numbers and have a strong understanding of data and finance, enabling you to analyze performance, derive insights, and support data-driven decisions.
• AI-Literacy: You responsibly integrate AI tools into your work to increase efficiency.
• Languages: Fluency in German (C1+) and English (C1+) is required.
What Success Looks Like (First 3 months):
• Independence: The C-Level Office Team trusts you to handle sub-projects independently and deliver reliable work.
• Growth: You have rapidly absorbed the Rabot business model and actively contribute ideas to strategic discussions.
• Impact: You have created at least one key presentation or analysis that was used for a key decision.
