What you’ll get to do:
• Support Day-to-Day Leadership Activities: Work closely with the team, providing hands-on assistance in their daily business operations and decision-making processes.
• Prepare Reports and Analyses for Data-Driven Decisions: Support in developing reportings, performing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Contribute to Cross-Functional Projects: Actively participate in diverse projects, driving their execution while offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Enhance Internal Operational Excellence: Support and optimize operational workflows across core functions, including Finance, People, Operations, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

What you'll bring:
• You are available for a minimum duration of at least 5 months
• You have gained initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in high-growth startups, fintechs, Big 4, investment banking, etc.).
• You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively drive your personal growth.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Your judgment allows you to decide when "done" is better than "perfect" – and vice versa.
• You are curious and enjoy challenging the status quo.
• You share our culture, which is based on an open mindset, high standards, and pragmatism.
• You are fluent in German and English.
