Founders Associate (f/m/d)

TYTAN Technologies:
TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup that develops a cost-effective counter-drone solution to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers who combine expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design. We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference!
As a Founders Associate, you will be collaborating closely with the Co-Founders and our Chief of Staff, shaping our startup's growth across different departments.

Your roadmap to make an impact:
• Partner closely with the Co-Founders and Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, processes and projects.
• Drive cross-functional projects across strategy, operations & growth.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform leadership decisions.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help define, track, and execute company-level priorities together with our Chief of Staff.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and board preparation as needed.
• Step in where needed—this role will evolve with the company’s priorities.

Who you are:
• You have an university degree in Business, Economics or related fields.
• Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience (not required); fluent in German and English.
• You’ve seen what *“great”* looks like - through an internship or role in a top-tier startup, consulting, or VC environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Smart, driven, and hungry to build - you get energy from moving fast and seeing results.
• You’re a storyteller who can sell a vision and get others excited to join it.
• You have strong people intuition - you can read people fast, connect easily, and build trust.
