About Us:
Gushwork builds AI marketing employees that helps businesses from traditional industries grow their business without hiring humans. We've raised $11M from Lightspeed, Susquehanna, B Capital, Beenext, and others.
What you'll actually do?:
• Build and run targeted outbound campaigns end-to-end - list-building, sequencing, ollow-up discipline
• Research new GTM experiments and channels to help prioritize better
• Help articulate my insights better for LinkedIn and X. Build my voice into a moat. Amplify Adithya, my cofounder's voice too.
• Own research and prep docs for high-stakes external meetings
• Manage the materials I take into rooms - decks, narratives, follow-ups
• Absorb whatever else needs absorbing in a high-velocity quarter
• Observe and contribute to my review meetings with business leaders
You'll be great at this if::
• You write sharply. Your own Socials has a point of view.
• You know the Bay Area and Indian AI and B2B SaaS ecosystem cold - who's building what, who's funding what, what's working
• You've been close to a founder or executive before, ideally at a venture-backed startup or fund or an ex-founder yourself
• You execute. You ship the unglamorous work. You don't wait for direction
• You disagree with me when I'm wrong and back down when you are
You won't be great at this if you want a structured role, need a clear playbook, or think Founder's Office is a strategy job. It's not. It's a leverage job.
