Founder's Associate

On-site role based in Warsaw

Role Overview 🚀

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Founder Associate to support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and operational priorities critical to the growth and success of the company. In this role, you will act as a trusted right-hand person to the CEO, helping to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and deliver key insights that drive decision-making. You will gain exposure across business functions and play a vital role in shaping the company’s trajectory.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with leadership and core teams to ensure smooth execution of high-impact projects.

What you will do ✍️

Your impact will centre around three main pillars: Strategy & Execution, Communication & Coordination, and Research & Insights.

• Support CEO-led strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing market and internal data, and developing actionable recommendations that accelerate business growth.
• Manage project timelines, cross-team communications, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective completion of priority projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials that clearly communicate complex ideas and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, efficiently scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to optimise their time.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, helping to translate strategic goals into operational plans and tracking key milestones.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across the organisation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies to support strategic planning.
• Participate in key meetings and help synthesize discussion points into actionable next steps.

Requirements:
Who you are 👀

• A minimum C1 level of English proficiency is required.
• Fluent or native Polish speaker.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the tech or fintech industry in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset.
• Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurially minded and eager to learn and take ownership.
