What You’ll Do
• Lead high-priority projects in the APAC region: Take full ownership of key projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Business development support: Assist the CEO & country managers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities such as partnerships, market expansions, and product innovations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business: Engage with all aspects of the company, from user acquisition to product development, to gain a comprehensive view of how the business operates.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination: Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Optimise operational efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
What You’ll Bring
• You have experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development or business strategy roles.
• You can lead and execute projects independently, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team.
• Analytical mindset: Able to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions based on business intelligence.
• Fluent in English & Japanese.
