JUNE is shaping the future of legal work – with AI, automation and a platform for highly scalable legal processes. Having achieved product-market fit, we are now scaling up: new markets, increasing complexity, high velocity.
As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founding team on the company’s key priorities:
• Driving strategic initiatives and operational implementation
• Building and scaling core processes and structures
• Taking ownership of cross-functional projects (e.g. launches, new markets)
• Supporting fundraising, investor relations and board matters
• Analysing and managing business and product KPIs
In short: You translate strategy into action – with a direct impact on the company’s success
CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION:
We’re not looking for pure thinkers – but for doers who want to make a difference:
• 1–4 years’ experience in start-ups, consulting, VC/PE or a similar environment
• Strong analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills
• High level of personal responsibility & a strong hands-on approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in tech / legal tech
• Excellent command of German and English
Bonus points: Start-up experience, product knowledge or exposure to
strategy/fundraising topics
CORPORATE CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT:
We are an ambitious LegalTech scale-up – with a clear philosophy:
• Own your impact: Take responsibility rather than just following instructions
• Disruptive by default: Question the status quo and rethink the way things are done
• Real connections: Collaboration on equal terms, direct and honest
• Serious fun: High ambition – without losing sight of the joy of the journey together
What you can expect:
• Close collaboration with the founders
• A steep learning curve and real responsibility
• Significant scope for influence during a crucial growth phase
• The prospect of your own areas of responsibility or leadership roles
