About the role
As a Founder Associate Intern, you will work closely with the founders on high-impact topics at the heart of an early-stage startup.

💡 Your Missions

Strategy & go-to-market
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Work with the founders on early go-to-market topics (target segments, pricing, messaging)
• Support sales and industry initiatives (pipeline development, events, and learnings)

Product & users
• Collect and analyze user feedback to understand user journeys and key pain points
• Contribute to product specs and roadmap priorities, in collaboration with the CTO

Communication & structuring
• Support content creation (LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations) and help organize client and partner events
• Contribute to the preparation of seed fundraising materials (deck, data room)

We’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and structured, who enjoys learning fast, taking ownership, and turning ideas into concrete outcomes.
This role is a great fit if you’re excited about working closely with founders, and having real ownership from day one. In particular, you:
• Are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree of Business/Engineering school
• Are looking for a 6-month internship starting in July
• Are bilingual in French
• Are structured, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership across a wide range of topics
Bonus: if you have a previous experience in VC, consulting, or growth/ops in a startup

⚙️ Process
1. Initial call with team to discuss the role (15 min)
2. Interview with Lydia, CEO, to understand your previous experiences (45 min)
3. Use case (at home) & debrief meeting (Lydia + someone of the team - 1h)
4. Culture fit meetings with Camille, CTO (30 min)
5. Reference checks
