By leveraging modern AI, we provide teams with an accurate, actionable view of productivity and impact—without the vanity metrics.

As our Forward Deployed Engineering Manager (CSM), you will act as a dedicated partner for our customers' engineering leadership. This is a hybrid role that blends technical account management, high-level engineering strategy, and hands-on troubleshooting. You will be the primary post-sale owner, ensuring that the world’s best engineering teams get maximum value from our platform.

What you’ll do:

• Customer Ownership: Lead the entire post-sale journey, from high-touch onboarding to long-term account management and technical support.
• Act as a "Forward Deployed" Lead: Deeply understand our customers' organizational structures to help them improve engineering outcomes.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex issues across cloud infrastructure (GCP) and our internal systems; reproduce bugs and create actionable reports for the core engineering team.
• Hands-on Fixing: Don't just report bugs—fix them. You’ll submit small PRs for documentation, configuration changes, and simple code fixes.
• Strategic Influence: Partner directly with our founders (CEO and CTO) to translate customer feedback into product roadmap and strategy.

Requirements:
• Management Experience: You have previously held a Product Management or Engineering Management role.
• Technical Foundation: A background in Software Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical field is required.
• Code Literate: You are comfortable reading/writing code and confident making PRs in GitHub.
• Expert Communicator: You can navigate intense situations with customers and explain complex technical concepts with clarity.
• Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment where you own the results.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with developer tools or B2B SaaS products.
• Previous experience in Technical Support or Solutions Engineering.
