What you'll do

• Own everything revenue-facing at Delphi, end to end. You're the engineer who makes our highest-value customers successful.

• Build, ship, and maintain enterprise features: embeds, SSO, API integrations, SMS/WhatsApp (Twilio), Slack, and CRM connectors (HubSpot, Salesforce, Kit).

• Act as the translation layer between engineering and the paid/enterprise side of the business. Know when to pull others in and when to just fix it yourself.

• Build net-new features for our enterprise arm, including API capabilities, embedding infrastructure, and monetization tooling.

Who you are

• Senior full stack engineer with 3+ years of experience. You've built and shipped real products, not just features inside a big org.

• Equally comfortable in TypeScript/React and backend systems. You can move across the stack without waiting for someone else.

• You think like a founder. You see a customer problem and your instinct is to solve it, not file a ticket. Former technical founders are a great fit.

• Customer-facing ability is a strong plus. You don't need to run sales calls, but you're not afraid to hop on one with a high-profile client when needed.

• Strong product judgment. You can evaluate 10 customer requests and know which 2 actually matter.
