Job Description

Buscamos un/a Trainer Comercial para fortalecer el equipo de ventas en el sector retail, asegurando el éxito y la visibilidad de la marca en el punto de venta.

Tu misión será garantizar que cada interacción con los clientes represente una oportunidad para reforzar la imagen de la marca y aumentar las ventas.

Responsabilidades:

Capacitar al personal nuevo y reforzar el conocimiento del equipo comercial.

Desarrollar materiales formativos y contenido para plataformas virtuales.

Gestionar y reportar las capacitaciones en campo.

Implementar actividades complementarias para mejorar el conocimiento del producto en el piso de venta.

Elaborar informes sobre el impacto de los programas de capacitación, asegurando el mantenimiento y actualización de registros, materiales y planes de estudio.

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 1 año en formación y capacitación de personal

Formación técnica, tecnológica o profesional en ventas, mercadeo, operaciones comerciales o áreas afines.

Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación efectiva.Enfoque en resultados, con alta capacidad de organización y planificación.

Pasión por la formación y el desarrollo del talento humano.

Ofrecemos:

Salario:$2.757.955 + variable $200.000 + rodamiento $224.000 + todo lo de ley

Horario: Lunes a sabado (44 horas)

Pago quincenal
