Funciones:

1) Dar el apoyo y soporte antes, durante y después del eventos formativos:

Apoyo en la organización y gestión diaria del departamento de formación de la Escuela Técnica.
Administración de herramienta interna de formación (Cornerstone).
Gestión de convocatorias de participantes y formadores.
Gestión diaria de buzón de e-mail de la Escuela Técnica.
Contacto y soporte a formadores y participantes.
Organización logística para la realización de los cursos.

2) Diseño y realización de informes en excel y Power BI

3) Tramitación en el proceso de bonificaciones.

Las capacidades y habilidades que deben demostrar:

Nivel medio de Power BI - no es imprescindible, pero deseado
Ganas de aprender, mente abierta, curiosa, inquieta.
Interés en realizar las prácticas descritas, la orientación de estudios no es determinante, tampoco la universidad / escuela de negocio.
Nivel alto en Excel
Buena organización y planificación de trabajo (tipo alemán, cuadriculado)
Buena capacidad comunicativa, tanto hablada como escrita
Atención al detalle
Independiente y resolutivo
Buen nivel de inglés - posibilidad de participar en eventos internacionales como miembro de equipo logístico.

Requisitos:

Estudiante de Grado en ADE, RRHH, Psicología (o similar) o de Máster de RRHH.
Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata
