Job Description

Open Scientific provides contract staffing and direct hire recruitment services for the scientific, engineering, laboratory and manufacturing sectors.

A local food manufacturer is searching a Warehouse Forklift operator. As a forklift operator, you will perform a variety of general labor and manufacturing tasks to support warehouse and production operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare products and materials for shipment

Load, unload, and stage products and materials

Track and record units of materials handled

Operate various vehicles for storage or removal of materials

Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong work ethic

Experience in manufacturing/warehouse setting

Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
