The Role:
We operate advanced forging systems across the full production lifecycle, from raw material
preparation through forming, heat treatment, machining, and inspection. Success depends on precise execution, equipment control, and process discipline.
This is a general opportunity to engage forging technicians and operators with experience across key process areas.

What You’ll Do
• Set up and operate forging, thermal, machining, and finishing equipment
• Monitor key parameters (temperature, deformation, timing)
• Inspect parts and identify defects during production
• Troubleshoot process or equipment issues
• Follow standard work and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on forging or heavy manufacturing experience
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings
• Strong process discipline and attention to detail• Experience in production environments
What Will Set You Apart
• Experience across multiple forging stages
• Familiarity with inspection tools (CMM, gauges)
• Experience in aerospace or heavy industry
