FOREMAN NEEDED - URGENT HIRE!

Established in 2000, Hydrogreen LLC. is a full-service erosion control contractor specializing in the erosion control needs of commercial developers, pipeline contractors, utility developers, government authorities, and general contractors.

Hydrogreen, LLC. has more than 17 years of experience in the industry. That experience includes extensive work in the restoration of pipeline fields and service to the Marcellus Shale industry in our region. Additionally, we were proud to complete the hydroseeding on the grounds of the Flight 93 Memorial in Somerset County.

Our location in Southwestern PA enables us to access a broad service area including western Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, and southwestern New York.

Hydrogreen LLC is looking for a Foreman to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Effectively manage in-field projects.

Ensure safety precautions for crews are being followed.

Complete reporting for job production, job safety analysis, maintenance checklists, and equipment checklist.

Manage Hydrogreen LLC equipment while ensuring it is maintained and used according to machine specifications.

Effectively manage crew production and coordinate job site requirements.

Communicate with on-site Superintendent ensuring project completion.

Participate in the hiring of laborers and training of laborers.

Submit written evaluations for laborers on your crew.

Obtain a CDL within 6 months of accepting position.

Coordinate work, machines, material delivery and use of ancillary equipment on site.

Solve problems as they arise with projects and or laborers.

Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.

Allocate general and daily responsibilities.

All other duties as assigned.

In addition to your base compensation, Hydrogreen, LLC is offering a minimum defined contribution of $300/month to an insurance policy per individual and a minimum of $800/month to an insurance policy per family. Hydrogreen LLC offers a match on 401K contributions made by each fulltime employee after one year of employment. You will be provided with a company truck, cell phone and company credit card.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed - very rare
