We are looking for a Foreman who will coordinate and oversee daily site construction activities under the supervision of the Field Manager. You will support the successful completion of projects with precision, craftsmanship, organization, and documentation — ensuring jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You demonstrate a strong work ethic and leadership presence on-site. You hold yourself and others accountable, maintain professionalism in fast-paced retail environments, and build positive working relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, clients, and EWB personnel.
YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE
You understand that details matter. You help schedule and coordinate inspections, track RFIs, submit daily reports, and maintain clear communication with your Field Manager. You follow through and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
YOU VALUE SAFETY AND QUALITY
You promote safe work practices at all times and immediately address potential hazards. You take pride in producing quality craftsmanship and maintaining organized, clean job sites that reflect EWB’s standards.
YOU ARE HANDS-ON AND TECHNICALLY SKILLED
You possess strong carpentry and fixturing skills and work with tools the majority of the time. You can read and interpret civil, architectural, and mechanical plans and understand construction sequencing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
In the First 30 Days and Ongoing:
Complete onboarding program including safety training and equipment certifications
Learn EWB processes, documentation standards, and reporting expectations
Use Procore to document project progress and submit daily reports
Coordinate and attend required building and trade inspections
Assist in maintaining organized, clean, and safe job sites
Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and inspectors
Perform hands-on carpentry, fixturing, and installation work
By the 90-Day Mark and Ongoing:
Effectively coordinate daily field activities under supervision of the Field Manager
Successfully manage inspection scheduling and documentation requirements
Create, submit, and track RFIs and RFI responses
Identify and communicate potential job site issues before they impact schedule
Promote and enforce safety procedures consistently
Maintain high-quality workmanship that meets EWB standards
Within the 6th Month Mark and Ongoing:
Confidently oversee daily job site operations with minimal supervision
Demonstrate leadership presence with subcontractors and field crews
Maintain strong organization of job site materials, equipment, and documentation
Step into active projects and support the Field Manager in driving schedule performance
Consistently deliver “clean and tight” work areas with minimal punch list items
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Strong carpentry and fixturing experience required
Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and mechanical plans
Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Procore
Proficient with standard carpentry tools
Ability to operate forklift and scissor lift
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated history of working safely and adhering to safety standards
Ability to climb ladders and roofs
Lift a minimum of 30 pounds
Work extended hours outdoors in various climates
Successfully complete PFT Exam with Category I or II clearance

SALARY RANGE:
$30-$40/hour
