Job Description:

Pierre Ford & CDJR of Hermiston, a leading automotive dealership in the Hermiston area, is currently seeking a talented and experienced F&I Manager to join our dynamic team. As an F&I Manager, you will play a crucial role in the dealership's success by ensuring seamless and efficient financing and insurance processes for our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing and insurance rates for customers.

Present financing options and products to customers, explaining the benefits and terms in a clear and professional manner.

Assist customers in completing finance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Collaborate with sales staff to identify and maximize profit opportunities through the sale of finance and insurance products.

Work closely with customers to address any concerns or questions related to financing and insurance, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.

Maintain accurate and thorough records of all financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.

In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle service contracts.

Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to finance and insurance processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in dealership finance and insurance software systems.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Benefits:

Pay: $60,000- $150,000 per year
