Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. This position is casual. You will be offered is a great team environment,
This posting is to attract candidates who are interested in filling absent shifts, sometimes on short notice.
Practicing food and physical safety at all times
Stocking units, fridges
Performs quality control/temperatures/rotation of stock
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Food Preparation / Assemble
Assembles meals including breakfast, dinner, supper and nourishments.
Cleans and pre-preps menu items (e.g.,slice vegetables and fruit). Prepares salads, and desserts.
Assists preparation of special lunches and nourishments for special diets.
Collect unit supplies for delivery 
Serve/Portions food items and beverages 
Serves breakfast, dinner, supper, 
Provides cafeteria/dining room service.
Provides cashier services.
Assists with catering services.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas/surfaces, equipment, tables, chairs and floors.
Pre-cleans/washes dishes, pots and pans.
Collects garbage and disposes of wastes and recycling.
Clears and sanitizes tables.
Disassembles, cleans, reassembles and stores cafeteria items.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  
      *Grade 12 or Equivalency
      *To train in food and physical safety, follow company and facility policies and procedures
      * Good interpersonal skills
      * Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision 
      *Teamwork spirit.
       *Superior customer service          
       *Reliable transportation
      *Cash handeling abilities
