As a weekend F&B Supervisor, your main responsibilities include: 
• Overseeing the weekend operations of the Restaurant and Bar 
• Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
• Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.
• Use product knowledge to upsell and enhance experiences.
• Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
• Lead by example in standards, pace, and professionalism.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• 2+ years in an F&B supervisory role.
• Duty Manager’s Certificate (required).
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Leadership presence with excellent communication.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for people, food and the guest experience.
