Pullman Sydney Airport is a contemporary 5-star hotel located in Mascot Business Park, just a short walk from Mascot train station. With 229 modern rooms and suites and our signature Mobius Bar & Grill, we deliver a premium food and beverage experience to both in-house and external guests.
We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage leadership team in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service, and conference & events (banquets), ensuring high service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
 
• Supervise and support the F&B team during service periods
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
• Assist in training and coaching team members to meet brand standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively
• Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and safety
• Support stock control, ordering, and cost management initiatives
• Assist with rostering and daily operational planning
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquets environment
• Prior supervisory experience or a strong Attendant ready to step up
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
• Valid RSA
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Full working rights in Australia
