Are you a passionate leader with a flair for exceptional service and a commitment to doing things right? We’re looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant team at the Alamo Steakhouse

The Role:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the front-of-house team in delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, team motivation, and ensuring every guest enjoys warm hospitality and delicious food in line with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant

Lead by example to deliver excellent customer care and ensure guest satisfaction

Coordinate staff rosters, manage reservations, and maintain a well-organised shift

Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards across all areas of service

Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to continuously improve performance

Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving any issues swiftly and efficiently
