What you’ll do... 
We are looking for an F&B operational intern to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head of F&B, you’ll be serving to our guests our delicious dishes and creative cocktails as well as thinking of new ways to improve our service and surprise our guests. 
• Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation. 
• Approach guest and collect information needed to assist with seat arrangements. 
• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. 
• To serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards. 
• To be knowledgeable about products available. 
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service. 
What we are looking for... 
• Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor´s or master´s program in Hospitality, or a related field.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.

• You are an excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.
