As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for curating exceptional dining experiences that align with the resort's ethos of luxury and tranquility. This role calls for a dedicated professional who excels in both operational management and innovation in culinary offerings.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Direct and manage all F&B operations within Eliamos Villas, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Design, implement, and promote innovative menus that highlight local flavors and high-quality ingredients.
• Oversee budget management, including financial performance, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals to uphold the highest standards of service.
• Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously enhance the F&B offerings.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative F&B concepts and drive revenue.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development.
• Excellent financial management skills and experience with budget forecasting.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
