Food & Beverage Manager
at the prestigious Corfu Palace.
About the role:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be at the helm of our culinary operations, responsible for shaping and delivering exquisite dining experiences that reflect the elegance and charm of Corfu Palace. Your leadership will be essential in both strategic planning and hands-on management, ensuring that every dining moment is memorable for our guests.

Key areas of responsibility:
• Direct the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies that align with the hotel's vision and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and lead a passionate F&B team, emphasizing service excellence and professionalism.
• Curate exceptional menus that highlight local ingredients and culinary traditions while appealing to diverse tastes.
• Manage budgets and financial performance while optimizing operational efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in high-end hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience in menu development, financial management, and guest engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
