IBMC is assisting a prestigious hospitality client in Bali in hiring a strategic and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager. Our client is a premium establishment known for its commitment to culinary excellence and high-standard guest services. Whether it’s an intimate dining experience or large-scale hospitality operations, our client focuses on delivering world-class quality in a sophisticated environment.
We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to take full ownership of the F&B department’s operations and financial health. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative culinary concepts and operational efficiency. Your mission is to lead a high-performing team, maximize revenue through innovative promotions, and ensure every guest receives a personalized, premium service experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of F&B service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high team morale.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control (COGS) to ensure the department hits its profit targets.
• Service Excellence: Set and maintain high service standards, ensuring the team delivers consistent, professional, and engaging guest experiences.
• Sales & Marketing: Plan and execute creative F&B promotions and events to drive revenue and increase brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the Culinary team to refine menus and develop new F&B concepts that align with market trends.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure 100% adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations while maintaining meticulous quality control.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity (F&B Manager or Asst. F&B Manager) within the luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant sector.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong background in beverage culture (wine, spirits, or mixology) and current F&B market trends.
• Mindset: Proactive, creative, and highly organized with a "hands-on" approach to floor management.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
• Language: Professional-level English is mandatory for guest and stakeholder interaction.
