Pullman Sydney Airport is a contemporary 5-star hotel located in Mascot Business Park, just a short walk from Mascot train station. With 229 modern rooms and suites and our signature Mobius Bar & Grill, we deliver an elevated food and beverage experience to both in-house and external guests.
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to our Executive Chef, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, room service, and conference & events (banquets), ensuring exceptional service delivery and memorable guest experiences.
• Lead and support the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction
• Drive revenue initiatives while maintaining strong cost control
• Build strong relationships with VIP and returning guests
• Supervise, coordinate, and plan daily team operations
• Ensure all team members are trained to meet brand and operational standards
• Handle guest feedback, challenges, and escalations professionally
• Act as part of the first response emergency team
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in F&B offerings and service delivery
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
• Previous experience in a similar role
(or an experienced F&B Supervisor ready to step up)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent attention to detail and professional grooming standards
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Valid RSA
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
