Pullman Sydney Airport is a contemporary 5-star hotel located in the heart of Mascot Business Park, just a short walk from Mascot train station. With 229 rooms and suites and our signature Mobius Bar & Grill, we deliver a premium food and beverage experience to both in-house and external guests.
We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant – Banquets Service to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role will primarily support our Conference & Events (Banquets) operations, while also assisting across the restaurant, bar, and room service as required.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Supervisors and Manager with daily operations
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
• Ensure smooth execution of conference and event services
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Contribute to delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences
• Previous experience in hotel restaurant, conference, or banquets service
• Strong communication skills with a guest-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Valid RSA
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Full working rights in Australia
