Job Description

Castleknock Golf Club is currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team at The VUE Restaurant, which operates from Wednesday to Sunday. We have opportunities available for Part-Time positions. You must be able to work mid week shifts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Food & Beverage Supervisor in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Deliver excellent service during restaurant operations, functions, and events.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and customer care at all times.

Follow all service standards and health & safety protocols consistently.

Carry out cellar duties on a rotational basis.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment.

Passion for food and hospitality.

Good command of spoken and written English.

HACCP certification is a plus (training can be provided).
