Position: Food & Beverage Assistant

Reports to: Bar Manager / Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities:

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly with the bar and kitchen

Delivering friendly, attentive service and making every guest feel welcome

Keeping the bar and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly

Knowing the menu inside-out and confidently helping guests with recommendations

Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive, can-do team environment

Assisting with set-up and close-down of service

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role (essential)
