Banqueting: Food & Beverage Assistant
Department: Banqueting
Reports to: Banqueting Manager
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences at our events. From elegant weddings to corporate functions, you’ll ensure every detail is executed with excellence, reflecting our commitment to Care, Continuous Improvement, Energy & Drive, and Doing the Right Thing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare event spaces to the highest standard, including setting up tables, linens, décor, and equipment as per function specifications.
Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service throughout all banqueting functions.
Ensure all food and beverage offerings are delivered with professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Respond to guest requests with warmth and urgency, demonstrating genuine Care for their needs and experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all event areas before, during, and after functions.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and event planning teams to ensure seamless service.
Uphold all health & safety and hygiene regulations.

Who You Are:
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous hospitality or events experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
