About the role
We are looking for an exceptionally talented and diverse Food and Beverage Supervisor. This role requires availability for rotational shifts to supervise the delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our inhouse and public guests with an in-depth knowledge of managing dietary requirements. 
• Lead, mentor and train the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
• Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all specials and standard menu items.
• Support daily operations across all outlets, collaborating with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance of brand standards.
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

• A true desire to work with people and create human connections, with proven experience as a F&B Supervisor, and are looking to work in a larger operation, or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
• An ability to ask the right questions and listen intently to gather enough information to solve problems, resolve complaints and create those Heartist Moments
• A professional appearance and demeanour that will represent our brand well
• Have a curious mindset to be able to spot tiny frustrations, seemingly insignificant needs, and the times that service could be even better for our guests
• Conference and/or banqueting experience desirable
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Someone who can lead by example, is hands on and can instill a sense of fun in the workplace.
• Hold a valid RSA – essential.

Parental Leave
As staff member, you will receive 10 weeks paid parental leave at full salary for primary carer in addition to government-funded parental leave. Part-time and casual equivalent available on a pro-rata basis. In addition, Continuation of superannuation payments while on paid parental leave will remain.
