We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to oversee operations of our Restaurant & Bar. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills. This is a key shift leadership role where you’ll drive service standards, support your team on the floor, and ensure our guests enjoy a vibrant dining experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading restaurant and bar operations during shifts
• Supporting and coaching team members
• Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues confidently
• Managing RSA compliance, food safety and WHS standards
• Assisting with stock control, cost management and daily reporting
• Opening and closing the outlet

About you:

• Minimum 2 years’ F&B leadership experience
• Current RSA (Approved Manager highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails
• Confident managing busy service periods
• Commercially aware with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction
• Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
