Food and Beverage Attendant

We are currently looking to add a dedicated and professional Food and Beverage Attendant to our friendly team at Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel on a casual basis.

Duties Include:

• Taking guest orders
• Memorize menu and offer recommendations
• Serve food to guests
• Provide guests with exceptional customer service 

To be successful, you will:

• Have a friendly, positive attitude 
• Have experience providing quality customer service
• Be able to make coffees
• Have waiter/waitressing or bar experience
• Have RSA qualification
• Be impeccably presented with excellent communication skills
• Be reliable and act with a sense of urgency
• Be available to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner shift duties
• Must be available weekends
