Key Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable table service, from taking orders to presenting dishes with flair and precision
• Share in-depth knowledge of the menu and beverage list, offering personalised recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction
• Upsell and showcase culinary offerings to elevate the overall dining experience
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Take ownership of guest feedback, requests, and concerns, turning every interaction into a moment of delight
• Embody the art of French hospitality with a positive, professional, and “can-do” attitude

About You

• Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every guest experience is flawless
• Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is preferred but not essential
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and anticipate their needs
• Consistently professional in appearance and demeanour, proudly representing the Sofitel brand at all times
• Hold a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexible and reliable, with availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
