We’re a stable, family-oriented manufacturing company with over 100 years of experience producing quality folding cartons. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator to join our Finishing Department. In this role, you will learn and operate a variety of finishing equipment, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: 3rd (10:00pm-6:00am)

Compensation

Starting at $25/hr (Based on experience) plus $1.50 shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

Train to set up, operate, and maintain finishing equipment, including:

Domino 110

Alpina with Easy Feeder and Cartonpack II

Masterfold with Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter, and Cartonpack II

HHS gluing systems

Heiber Schroeder window machine

Learn and perform proper feeding and packing procedures

Operate both hot melt and cold melt gluing systems

Assist in leading and coordinating crew activities to ensure efficient production

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and defects are identified

Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Gluer operating experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work in a team environment and support production goals

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must successfully pass a mechanical aptitude assessment as part of the hiring process
