Flight Management Systems (FMS) Job Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with 8+ years of software development experience in FMS, covering several of the following functional areas:
• Navigation Database Management
• Flight Planning
• Lateral and Vertical Guidance
• Performance Predictions(Trajectory Predictions)
• Performance Optimizations
• Radio Tuning
• Approach Operations
• Datalink
• Takeoff and Landing

We are on the lookout for an experienced Software Engineer who is passionate about creating innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced and exciting development environment with a team of experienced software and systems engineers to satisfy technical requirements, support functional load deliveries and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
 
* Designing and developing high-quality Core Software architecture and applications.
* Integrating Flight Management software for new product development.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
* Implement software solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Testing and Integration on test benches in labs.
* Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in software development.
 
YOU MUST HAVE
 
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development of Flight Management Systems
* Strong C++ or Object-oriented programming skills.
* Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
* Strong software architecture and design development skills.
