Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We are looking for a Flutter Developer who will be running and designing product application features across various cross-platform devices. Just like Lego boxes that fit on top of one another, we are looking for someone who has experience using Flutter widgets that can be plugged together, customized, and deployed anywhere. Someone passionate about code writing, solving technical errors, and taking up full ownership of app development.
What you will be doing?
Design and Develop Mobile Applications:
Develop mobile applications using the Flutter framework based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
UI/UX Design and Implementation:
Work closely with designers to implement elegant, intuitive user interfaces and exceptional user experiences.
Ensure that the mobile applications meet the established design guidelines and standards.
Code Optimization and Maintenance:
Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code to meet software quality standards.
Optimize application performance to deliver a smooth and responsive user experience.
Integration and Testing:
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance application functionality.
Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and address any bugs, performance issues, or security vulnerabilities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively within the team
State Management:
Using state management solutions like Provider, Redux, or Bloc is crucial for building scalable applications.
Database Knowledge:
Understanding of databases like SQLite, Firebase, Hive, or others for local and remote data storage.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
Strong understanding of mobile application development concepts, architecture, and design patterns.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
