Ми шукаємо досвідченого Fullstack Web Developer для розвитку корпоративного вебсайту компанії.

Це не SaaS-продукт і не стартап-платформа — це бізнес-критичний маркетинговий вебсайт, який генерує ліди та підтримує бренд компанії.
Наше завдання — зробити його швидким, надійним, безпечним і технічно сильним.

Сайт працює на WordPress (Headless CMS), має власний фреймворк, CI/CD у GitLab та інтеграції з HubSpot.

Основні задачі:

• Розвиток та підтримка headless WordPress архітектури
• Оптимізація продуктивності (особливо mobile)
• Реалізація lazy loading та часткового рендерингу
• Покращення Core Web Vitals
• Оптимізація Lighthouse score
• Реалізація технічного SEO
• Підтримка зовнішніх інтеграцій (форми, webhooks, API)
• Забезпечення безпеки та стабільності сайту
• Підтримка CI/CD процесів
• Участь у редизайні та покращенні UX з технічної сторони
• Через 1–2 роки — ініціювати архітектурні покращення, якщо це буде доцільно

Вимоги:

• 3–6 років досвіду у fullstack web development
• Впевнене знання PHP 8+
• Досвід роботи з WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API)
• Досвід роботи з headless CMS підходом
• Сильні знання JavaScript (ES6+)
• Досвід роботи з Tailwind CSS та Webpack
• Практичний досвід оптимізації performance (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP)
• Розуміння технічного SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability)
• Досвід роботи з REST API інтеграціями (HubSpot або подібні)
• Розуміння web security best practices (OWASP базові принципи)
• Досвід роботи з Git та CI/CD
• Досвід роботи з Nginx
• Досвід A/B тестування для оцінки ефективності змін і оптимізації продукту
• Досвід роботи з системами управління задачами (task management), зокрема Jira та Asana
• Вміння працювати в Agile/Scrum процесах та ефективно вести задачі в трекінгових системах
• Вміння ефективно співпрацювати між технічною та маркетинговою командами, переводячи бізнес-завдання у технічні рішення
• Орієнтація на результат та вміння доводити проєкти до виконання у встановлені терміни

• Досвід роботи з CDN
• Досвід server-side tracking
• Розуміння сучасних frontend-підходів (SSR, SSG, Edge rendering)
• Досвід роботи з Nginx
• Docker (базове розуміння)
