FLT Operative (Known internally as Yard Team Member)
Sandy, Bedfordshire
Starting Salary £33,512
48 Hours per week Monday 7am – 5pm, Tuesday to Friday 7:30am – 5pm

Manufacturing is at the heart of our operation, it's where we fulfil the customer promise and produce the UK’s leading landscaping products! It’s within this successful team at Marshalls that we’re recruiting for an FLT Operative.
What’s the Mission?
Reporting into the Yard Team Leader, You will load and unload products onto Marshalls' or customer vehicles safely whilst using a Forklift truck and various power mount attachments. Ideally, you’ll come from a background where you understand Yard Operations and have some product knowledge but don’t worry, this isn’t essential – we can teach you everything about Marshalls!
What are the mission-critical skills?
• Minimum of 2 years FLT driving experience with a valid Forklift Truck Licence is essential
• Experiencing working in areas where workplace transport health and safety is practiced
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Excellent team working skills within a busy environment
