Job Title:
Location: Acadiana Area (Lafayette and surrounding areas)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technicians to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and polished floors across various facilities. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and dust mop floors daily

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all floor surfaces

Perform carpet extraction as needed

Operate floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)

Strip and wax floors (experience preferred)

Follow all safety and cleaning protocols

Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements:

Must be dependable and have strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with floor care equipment preferred

Knowledge of floor stripping and waxing is a plus

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation required

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions available

Flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends may be required)
