Floor Manager - Lifestyle Restaurants

As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that guests receive an exceptional dining experience in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Supervise the front-of-house operations and manage staff to deliver high-quality service to guests.
• Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are adhered to by the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring consistent presentation and adherence to standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and maintaining inventory for the restaurant.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance service quality and product knowledge.
• Monitor cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in lifestyle or upscale restaurants.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong communication abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in managing restaurant operations, including labor management and inventory control.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
