Job description
Support the Flight Operations Engineering team in maintaining the OM-A, OM-B and OM-C up to date.
Understand DAC/EASA/ICAO/FAA regulations and implement requirements into new and existing procedures.
Participate in the administration of the EFB applications as EFB Administrator.
Flight data monitoring and analysis
Support Flight Operations Engineering team to the implementation of new initiatives and procedures as well as develop new programs to optimize current procedures
Support Flight Operations Engineering team performing Weight & Balance analysis, including updates in the different software, database.
Support Flight Operations Engineering team to conduct comprehensive analysis of CAT folders and how to improve errors.
Support and evaluate initial airport feasibility for Category B and C operations
Creation of airport briefings, including safety & security aspects.
Support Safety department in risk analysis and operational safety.
Conduct in-depth studies and analysis of challenging flights (route analysis, performance, Approval file,…).
Integration of new aircraft into existing operations (CAT/NCO/NCC).
Monitoring and updating on-board documentation.
Be the key contact for IOCC regarding technical operational matters.
Profile
On-going university/master in aeronautical engineering, ideally specialized in operations.
Fluent in French and English; knowledge of another language is a strong advantage.
Proactive personality with strong organizing skills and problem-solving skills.
The position requires rigor, organization, dynamism, teamwork, as well as the ability to quickly become autonomous.
Strong technical skills.
In-depth knowledge of programming is an asset (VBA, Python)
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
Bachelor's degree: €1,000
1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
