Job Description:
• Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Vega Gluer Machine Operator to join our growing team on both 1st and 2nd shift. Responsible for all activities associated with running the Vega Gluer including setup, operation, cleanup and recommending improvements to operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Setup, run and troubleshoot gluing machine.
• Oversee automatic feeing, folding and gluing to detect machine malfunctions and monitor quality.
• Inspect completed work for defect and verify conformance to work order specifications.
• Maintain equipment by performing minor maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, adjustments and repairs.
• Complete production paperwork for each job.
• Meets established deadlines and objectives for shift

Physical/Work Requirements
• Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures.
• For all on-the-job injuries or accidents, must notify manager/supervisor immediately.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to regularly sit or stand for extended periods of time.
