The Classic Center is building a team of Flex Staffing Employees to support our dynamic convention and event operations—and we’d love for you to join us! As a Flex Staffing Employee, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the energy, cleanliness, and functionality of our facility. You may support housekeeping, event setup, or both—depending on your availability and interests.

Your Day-to-Day May Include:

Working throughout the facility and grounds to support daily operations

Performing general housekeeping and custodial duties

Assisting with event setup and tear-down

Lifting and moving equipment, supplies, and materials

Pushing carts, dollies, pallets, staging units, and other equipment

Following safety guidelines and equipment handling procedures

Working cooperatively with teammates and leadership

Maintaining a professional, welcoming public image at all times

Completing special projects or additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Lead or MOD

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience required

Completion of required Flex Staffing trainings

Flexible availability with dependable and punctual attendance

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Ability to perform physical tasks and reasonably heavy labor

Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions

A team-focused mindset and positive attitude

The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
