In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Flemish-speaking clients, assisting them through various communication channels and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, offering product knowledge, and resolving issues efficiently. This position is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product-related questions and service issues
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
• Provide guidance and support for product usage to enhance the customer experience
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about our services and products

Requirements:
• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities
• A positive and proactive approach to customer support
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus
